LIST-IT Ltd. is a limited company, incorporated in Mpumalanga, South Africa.  The company has issued two classes of shares, which are available for purchase to outside investors:

• Class A Voting shares – 100 shares have been issued, 75% are being held by the Board of Directors, while 25% are available for outside investors. 

 

• Class B Preferred shares – are available to any investor.  These shares will receive 20% of all net profits the company has accumulated and earned.  Dividends will be paid out at the end of the third business year and are expected to exceed an average annual return of at least 18% over a five year period.
